Return & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order to receive a full refund before your makeup items enter production or are shipped out. Once the package has been dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to accept order‑cancellation requests.

Return Eligibility & Time Limit

We support returns for all kaldinr cosmetics and skincare products. You must submit your return application via our online customer service within 30 calendar days after you receive your parcel.

To be eligible for a return:

Products must remain unopened, unused and unswatched, with original packaging intact and free of scratches, stains or damage;
Liquid makeup, cream‑based skincare products, masks and lip gloss cannot be returned once opened for hygiene‑safety reasons;
You must provide a valid purchase‑order receipt when submitting your return application.

Please send returned goods to our designated return‑warehouse address: Room 409, Building 665, Qinghua Residential Complex, No. 3 Qinghua Road, Chaoyang District, Changchun City. Do not send returned goods directly to the raw‑material manufacturer.

Return Cost Rules

Customers shall bear at most one‑time shipping fees, including return‑shipping costs. No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returned beauty products.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will send an on‑site message to notify you of the receipt status. We will confirm either refund approval or rejection within 3 working days upon completion of inspection. If your return is approved, the full payment amount will be refunded to your original payment account (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Refund arrival time depends on the processing cycle of respective payment institutions and generally takes 3‑10 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after approval:

First check your bank‑account balance;
Contact your card‑issuing bank or payment platform to inquire about refund‑processing progress;
Reach out to our online customer service for assistance in tracing your refund record.
